Practice Questionnaire

Before AMT Practice Transitions takes on any project, we ask you to complete an extensive questionnaire about the practice.

Sample questions from the questionnaire:

What do you like about practicing dentistry?  What do you dislike about it?

If you could change anything about your practice, what would it be?

Which of you staff members can “sell” dentistry?

Are your telephones answered 6 days/week, during lunch, and between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m.?

What are the strengths and weaknesses of each member of your dental team?

The answers to this questionnaire give us insights into the practice that help us determine if we’ll be able to assist you in achieving your goals.
